Refund policy

No refunds are given with the exception of Spanish baby dolls, in this case will be offered the exchange for another baby of similar value or total refund. This doesn't apply to reborn baby's.

All items must be returned in their original selling condition, without having been worn, washed or altered, and with all their tags still attached.
All items must be returned with their original boxes.
All items must be returned in one package.
The return/exchange is unfortunately not free of charge (import and shipping fees will be charged at your own expense).
Naturally, any faulty items can´t be returned.
We reserve the right not to accept any return/exchange if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition.

Returns or exchanges will NOT be accepted on reborns.

Multiple photos with my SLR camera of my Reborn babies will be provided as well as some progress pictures with my phone camera when is a custom order made baby will be sent to the buyer, if you have agreed for this reason I will not accept returns and exchanges. If there is an issue or concern, please address before I ship as all sales for reborn babies are final.

Once I ship and your reborn is received, I will not accept or exchanges however, if there are any issues I must be contacted within 2 days of the item being delivered.
