- First please contact by email to arrange all your requirements which doll/ sculp if custom order, you would like to order and if the doll its for a special ocasion like Christmas or Birthday.
- Custom Reborn Orders are made to order.
Average completion for your doll will be between 6 to 12 weeks.
Once I have sent photos of the completed reborn and everything is in order, I will ship within 2 to 7 business days. I will not ship until final approval on reborn has occurred. -
Customisation includes optional eye color (when awake), hair color, hair length (when possible) and skin complexion. If you have any doubts or questions, please feel free to contact me.
Those dolls have little pieces, magnets and micro sand that gives weight, that are not for little children, so please contact me before buy.

- Reborns under layaway will only be held for a max of 12 weeks. $200 non-refundable holding deposit must be made in order to hold reborn. Payments and payment pricing will be determined and set prior to the purchase of reborns. All due dates will be determined and set prior to purchase of reborn.

- When purchasing through a payment plan, the entire balance must be paid! No items will be shipped before the item has been paid in full. Custom order dolls are made to the specifications of the buyer for this reason any unsatisfied purchases or refunds cannot be given.

Failure or missed due dates may result in lost in deposit, payments, and REBORN. I must be contacted in advance if there is any reason that payments cannot be made.
